The first step to our recruitment process begins with advertising. We are able to advertise throughout the Greater Toronto Area for interested talent. The following flowchart shows the steps Alfa Job Agency Corp. follows to recruit our employees. By following this method, we are able to regularize our hiring standards and provide staffing solutions of a consistently high nature. Advertising => Screen Applications => Evaluate Tests => Interview Candidates => Reference Checks => Hiring Decision Once we feel confident we have collected a sizeable sample of interested applicants for any job, we begin our screening process.
